It's great that we don't have to switch tools or copy data around. The AI is able to instantly check Salesforce data and provide the right answer, so we can respond faster. Sometimes the AI responses still need fine-tuning. We have to review and adjust prompts or flows to make sure the answers match our tone and business logic. I'd like simpler setup and onboarding. Agentforce works well for standard workflows, but when you need highly specialized logic or deep customization, it can feel restrictive compared to writing Apex or custom integrations. For example, advanced AI-driven workflows sometimes require external orchestration, which isn’t fully supported yet. Workflow complexity is another issue. Agentforce handles simple automation well, but multi-step workflows involving conditional logic, external APIs, and asynchronous tasks often require custom Apex or middleware.
