Signifyd is legitimately in a core sweet spot of rapidly approving those highly complex, high value orders that used to stall our fulfillment process. I dont have much to say. If I had to mention something that could be improved, it would be the customization of the rules, it could be a bit more flexible, and I understand that part of that value will lie in allowing the system to make automated decisions based on machine learning. Signifyd make it simple to integrate between fraud protection system with ecommerce platform, nothing too difficult that require too much configuration, a normal IT personnel can use it easily. Feature to automatically stop fraud payment from successfully make payment order is the best in my opinion, no manual detection anymore. Love how fast and easy the detection system is scanning all customer profiles for suspecious activity. Any customer profile that is first time making a purchase but make a bulk order is blocked and alerted to administrator either to approve or reject the order.
