"Full spend visibility in a few clicks"
What do you like best about SpendHQ?

The most useful thing is the aggregation of thousands of Excel lines with currencies, supplier names, and disparate categories, with the possibility of then creating thousands of different reports with power filters.

I like the grouping of several suppliers from the same group under a single account, the automatic categorization, and the search for the DUNS number.

Very interesting is the information on new suppliers versus previous periods.

I could have more and more information, but my sources are very disparate from one region to another, limiting the possibilities of drilling down to increasingly detailed information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpendHQ?

There are no disadvantages, but rather certain challenges if data integration is done with Excel files, and what is not very intuitive is the creation of ad hoc reports since there are many variables, etc... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best in Class Solution"
What do you like best about SpendHQ?

SpendHQ has a very user-friendly interface which simplifies sourcing projects and savings visibility across categories. It’s intuitive, which makes it easy to navigate and quickly generate insights without requiring advanced technical skills Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpendHQ?

What I dislike about SpendHQ is minor — I sometimes wish there were more options to tailor reports and better link data across different modules, but overall the platform remains highly efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Spend Management with Robust Integration"
What do you like best about SpendHQ?

I love using SpendHQ for its support and flexibility, which have made data consolidation seamless and efficient. The user-friendly analytics dashboard is invaluable for tracking data issues and improving processes. The integration with other tools like Tamer and Power BI is smooth, providing a comprehensive view of our spend profile. I also appreciate the supportive team behind the product, whose willingness to help has been tremendously beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpendHQ?

I would like to see a data quality module added to SpendHQ. Since our use case heavily relies on the quality of data being ingested, it's important for us to track and understand data health throughout the ingestion and processing stages. This addition would help identify and fix any data issues before we proceed with analytics and decision-making based on the business data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Top Procurement Intelligence Tool for Spend Analytics"
What do you like best about SpendHQ?

SpendHQ is a great tool for helping Sourcing/Procurement teams with their spend categorizations and vendor normalization. Using SpendHQ makes it easy for our Category Teams to get their specific data and the vendor normalization ensures we capture all the vendors if we're running a report on a specific vendor. The UI is also user friendly, which I appreciate because it makes it less intimidating for less tech savvy individuals to use it. Lastly, the SpendHQ BI Team has also been amazing in assisting with a lot of data issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpendHQ?

SpendHQ is not as flexible as I would like it to be and there can still be a lot of improvements. I think mass uploads by Admins would be a great feature. One thing that annoys me is the self normalization, recategorization, preferred vendor tool which takes forever to load. If we're entering quite a bit of vendors for correction, this process can take a lot of time. Additionally, sometimes the recategorizations can be a bit funky. "Per Angusta Review David"
What do you like best about SpendHQ?

I really like Per Angusta's front end. It's incredibly helpful for presenting complex issues simply and at a glance, which is exactly what management wants to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpendHQ?

The configuration in the backend is a bit tricky. You have to work with the tool regularly to understand the configuration and be able to adjust it yourself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Understandable Product"
What do you like best about SpendHQ?

- the fact that it's more user-friendly, you can understand easily functionalities

- there is a Knowledge Help describing modules

- different ways to visualise the data

- we can personnalise fields in projects

- export data, metadata

- modify in mass the configuration like user accesses Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpendHQ?

- the way to personalize dashboards isn't flexible. We can not improve a lot their design, which push us to use Excel more

- it's not possible to remove some buttons and functionalities from Pipeline to personalize

- when we configure user accesses, not very confortable to manage flexibly the choice of categories

- when we export data not possible to choose which column we don't want to display while exporting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Customer Service, Advanced Functionality and simple user interface"
What do you like best about SpendHQ?

The SpendHQ interface both in Spend Intelligence and PPM is user friendly allowing user with wide range of capabilities to effectively use the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpendHQ?

Changes to procurement taxonomy can be challenging to update in the tool. Documentation of account data is not maintained as frequently as I'd like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent product with great account support"
What do you like best about SpendHQ?

SpendHQ has two primary components. The first is a procurement project management module (PPM), which allows procurement teams to track all of their projects (e.g., renewals, contract negotiations, RFPs, etc.) and the associated savings of those initiatives. The second is a spend analytics solution called Spend Intelligence (SI) that enables Procurement teams to analyze spend across the entire organization, including PO spend, non-PO spend, and credit card spend. You can buy each module separately or together. Our company has both PPM and SI, and they are used almost daily by the sourcing team. The PPM module allows me to track utilization across the team and adjust as necessary and it delivers excellent reporting from a savings perspective. The interface is intuitive and easy to use. The implementation of PPM was about 8 weeks and SI took a little longer because the data integration effort was complex due to the different data sources that needed to be pulled in. The account support from SpendHQ has been very good. In the few instances where we have needed support, their team has been responsive and issues are usually solved quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpendHQ?

There is nothing specifically that I dislike about SpendHQ. I think they should roll out new AI functionality more quickly, as it would increase the value of their solution and help decrease some of the admin work associated with using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"SpendHQ is a great tool very connected to the Sourcing teams' concerns"
What do you like best about SpendHQ?

It is an easy-to-use solution, pretty quick to implement (mainly performance). The adoption rate is high and it does not require change management but just a first training session. SpdHQ teams are reactive and it's pleasant to work with them. All existing features and new developments are very linked to the real concerns of the procurement teams (sustainability, risk, AI...) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpendHQ?

The interface between the 2 products (performance & SI) is not completely seemless yet.

SI would need to develop additional features to help on the supplier management (supplier clusters...) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Focus on customer needs and pragmatism"
What do you like best about SpendHQ?

Great team: they listen, look for options, offer alternatives and stay pragmatic. They always think about future impacts and potential maintenance work for key users when offering solutions. Very smooth implementation: first time ever we finished as planned and as budgeted for a tool implementation in the company. Great access to the team, even after implementation work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpendHQ?

There is nothing I could think of. They didn’t oversell the capabilities of their solution: that is why it is also such a great experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
