What do you like best about Textedly?

I appreciate Textedly's very easy-to-understand interface once I got used to it. This simplicity helps my nonprofit organization efficiently manage communication with around 1,200 members of our faith-based community. It allows us to contact our council members quickly, facilitating sign-ups through platforms like Sign Up Genius, and effectively distributing posters, event details, and emergency information. Additionally, the setup process was quite straightforward, as we were able to transfer a list of names and numbers from our database, although some hurdles were present due to home phone numbers not working for texting. The customer service was commendable, providing helpful assistance throughout the setup process. Overall, we've been using Textedly for three to four years and have been very happy with it, giving it a high satisfaction rating of about nine, indicating I would likely recommend it to others. "Texting Volunteers Made Easy and Efficient"
What do you like best about Textedly?

I love the convenience of being able to text our volunteers as opposed to having to call or e-mail. I get a much more immediate response when texting. My volunteers also love the convenience of being able to text as well. Customer support is very easy with the chat option as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Textedly?

It seems to be very easy for my volunteers to accidently subscribe and we have to walk them through resubscribing. I also experience glitches and end up sending the same message multiple times. I will also kick me out sometimes and I have to log back in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Textedly?

The tech-support is top notch, and they are always quick to respond. Also, I love that you can design text messages that include images. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Textedly?

My organization holds multiple events throughout the year, and I would like to be able to update phone numbers in bulk batches with new tags, so I can send messages to the appropriate groups. However, Textedly does not let you do that and unless you are going to go one by one on each account, you must upload the individual again with a new tag. So, I have some numbers in there 4 or 5 times because they are a part of 4 or 5 groups.

A bulk update feature like Mailchimp has would be very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Textedly?

After working with multiple CSR representatives, I have found each one to be extremely helpful. Additionally, the blasts are always deployed on schedule. I work at an ad agency, and we deploy blasts on behalf of our clients so the setup of those accounts can be complex. The reps always are willing to get on the phone and work through any roadblocks. What do you dislike about Textedly?

Overall, I haven't encountered any major problems. However, the frequent automated emails asking whether I would recommend Textedly to a friend can get a bit tiresome after a while. Be careful when signing up for plans because the platform will default to an annual plan unless they have fixed that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Textedly?

I really like how easy Textedly is to use and the fact that you're able to categorize different keywords and groups. It helps me stay organized, making texting more valuable because it enables me to stay on top of my leads and outbound communications, like cold outreach. The platform is simple, which definitely helps with organization in a business setup. I've been using it for over a year and a half, and I love it. The initial setup was pretty easy, despite requiring a bit of review and approval. It's a great platform that has made me more than I've put into it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Textedly?

I don't like having to verify every single time I log in, which I understand why. Another thing is, like, sometimes it does get slightly confusing when you're doing the numbers and things like that because sometimes it'll say, 'hey, you have to do this in order to send messages. What do you like best about Textedly?

It's incredibly easy to use and implement! I love the reporting capabilities, the messaging, the AI assistance with writing a message. What isn't there to love about the platform. What do you dislike about Textedly?

There is only 1 "downfall" we have come across and that's the ease of our customers knowing how to opt back in to messages. When someone opts out while it does inform them of the "1st step" in opting back in (sending a message of unstop or start), it does not instruct them on the 2nd part of the process (sending a 2nd text of the company keyword). We need to reach out to customer outside of textedly to instruct them of this. I wish we could customize the opt out reply so that it could include that additional step. What do you like best about Textedly?

I like Textedly's easy usability, which makes sending urgent texts a straightforward task for me. The ability to add tags when uploading contacts is really helpful, allowing me to easily filter and send messages to specific groups like business owners and local readers. I also appreciate that I can purchase additional texts as needed when we have a high send out month, and the pricing for these extra texts is fair. What do you like best about Textedly?

Textedly is incredibly easy to use! I love being able to create templates and schedule texts ahead of time. Tags make it simple to create different groups, which keeps everything organized. What do you dislike about Textedly?

What do you like best about Textedly?

I use Textedly as a marketing tool for my Press-On nail business and love its two-way texting feature, which I find literally amazing. This feature allows me to directly message my customers about their orders and order status, providing a more efficient alternative to email. Additionally, Textedly enables me to execute text campaigns for exclusive sales and new product drops, enhancing my marketing efforts significantly. What do you dislike about Textedly?

I find the price of Textedly to be a major drawback. It seems unjustifiably high for a text messaging app, especially as it limits users to a certain number of credits per plan. For a small business like mine, this can be financially burdensome.
