What do you like best about Textmagic?

Everything is available GUI, I barely need to contact support. Once we got the service on it's feet it's been working really well, since everything is very easy to add to/ change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Textmagic?

What do you like best about Textmagic?

Format and ease of access

Response success - young people especially respond so much faster to an SMS than any other communication method.

Much quicker to type using a keyboard attached to a laptop, ipad etc than a small phone keypad.

"Excellent, Easy To Use SMS Tool - Ready to Use in 5 Minutes or Less"

What do you like best about Textmagic?

TextMagic is a great tool and has transformed our business. It is so easy to use and has a lot of connections through Zapier. I've been able to connect it with ActiveCampaign, our marketing automation and email software, to automate follow-up text messages with leads generated from form submissions on landing pages. In addition, I'm able to set up multiple lists - which makes it so easy to send customized and personalized text messages. The interface is super intuitive and you're able to be up and running in under 5 minutes from sign up to sending! You can also import lists to get started since they've already opted into your marketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Textmagic?

My only issue so far with the software has been that I lost my custom number the first month due to a billing issue, because I didn't realize it charged monthly for the custom number. However, its a nominal fee (about $3 US) and was easy to get a new one and keep it going. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Textmagic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Engagement rate with text messaging campaigns through TextMagic has been through the roof! It has solved our issue of follow-up as it has allowed us to have personalized touch points with leads. In addition, we're able to create lists/groups within TextMagic, which has made it easy to send a text message to ensure all of our customers receive timely updates. "TextMagic: Managing Large Database For SMS Outreach Campaigns"

What do you like best about Textmagic?

I really like the contacts feature where all contacts are managed seamlessly. The History feature also gave us the possibility to track our actions as well as follow up with certain customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Textmagic?

Again, the pricing for international SMS. In my humble opinion, it is still relatively high when compared to local providers, who even offer free unlimited SMS for a fixed price. I believe that this option should be considered by TextMagic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Textmagic:

Although the pricing is a little higher as compared to the local providers, I do recommend for they are a comprehensive service and will provide a centralized, updated system for contacts management and for launching SMS campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Textmagic solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to schedule a campaign is very useful. This helped us saved a lot of time, each week, by not having to login again, but just schedule a week's campaign in advance via the dashboard. "TextMagic: Ideal For Campaigns Of Any Size"

What do you like best about Textmagic?

I have used TextMagic for an outreach campaign and was amazed at the delivery rate and response rate we got. This greatly surpassed emailed by far and brought considerable results. I really like the Custom Sender ID features, not only because it helped customized our campaigns, but also it is free of charge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
