What do you like best about Twixor?

Twixor makes our WhatsApp Business work much easier. Onboarding new clients is fast with flows for registration, verification and template approval. The wallet and usage-based billing let us control the costs very clear. Campaign builder is simple, we can launch and track WhatsApp campaigns in one place. Moving from WhatsApp to SMS or Telegram was easy and no extra training needed. It helps us scale without adding more manual work.

What do you dislike about Twixor?

What do you like best about Twixor?

We used Twixor for calls and automation with AI bots in our company. It helped us answer faster and not lose any customer request. Bots could do actions alone, so work finished without human wait. I liked also how easy was to switch from bot to live agent, all chat and call history was there. System was stable, even when we had many calls in same time. Vendor gave good support when we start.
