
I appreciate Zeni for its ability to help us keep more accountability with our bill pay and accounts payable. The service's cost-effectiveness was a significant factor in choosing it, which I found appealing. I also find their knowledge of correct financial practices helpful as they have been able to assist in organizing our QuickBooks more effectively. I am experiencing bugs and slowness with Zeni, which has made me consider leaving the partnership. Additionally, I am not satisfied with changes being made to my QuickBooks account without prior notice. There is also a lack of personal customer attention, which I find disappointing.
