I really like how easy it is to integrated to the recuiting and accounting platform Zoho Recruit and Zoho Books that allow us to automate various tasks one might have with their staffing team. After the recruitment is completed in Zoho Recruit, mapping those fields so that a new team member is easy to setup. I then like that Payroll can be exported out based on what they worked and invoices can automatically be created eliminated duplicate work and chance for mistakes. It was easy to integrate with our existing Zoho Recruit App used by the HR department. Its mobile App was an additional plus as this makes the process of tracking and engaging with our contract staff very intuitive.
