What I like most about zonebilling is how it ties billing, revenue recognition, and CPQ together in one flow. It makes the whole quite to cash process much smoother, especially if you are working with tricky pricing or lots of product options. Things like automated approvals, guided selling, and real time pricing save our team a lot of time and cut down on mistakes. Zonebilling is definitely a strong tool, but getting it set up the first time takes effort and a fair bit of skill. If you are working with really large product catalogs, the system can feel a bit slow at times, and some features come across as more complicated than they need to be for smaller or mid sized teams.
