Alongside newsletters, we actively use pop-ups, both commercial and product-recommendation, guiding visitors toward relevant content. What we also value a lot is the immediacy of the team. Communication is direct and efficient, and whenever we need something clarified or adjusted, responses are quick.

Apart from the traditional marketing activities, we’ve also enabled QR codes across all our stores. We’ve also activated ContactPigeon’s CDP, with detailed dashboards that help us better understand our customers and overall performance. Moreover we rely on a wide range of features to reach and engage our customers more effectively. We also saw a demo of the Menura AI agent and it seems very interesting.

We’ve been partners with ContactPigeon for years, and the collaboration only gets better. Their team is always responsive, especially during our frequent meetings where we share new needs and discuss upcoming projects. Our personalization strategy revolves around refreshed pop-ups, targeted segments, and push notifications. Recently, we also had a presentation of their new AI feature, which looks extremely promising.
