I really like the Report Center on Paycom. It gives me the ability to create reports for data requests that I typically receive on a consistent basis, and I can adjust the parameters and fields for the reports based on when I need the data and specific data points. I love the user-friendliness of the Employee Self-Service (ESS), especially from an employee standpoint. I love how I'm able to access my documents as soon as possible. I also really like how responsive our representative is when it comes to needing support with certain requests.

I like the ease of use and simplicity of Paycom's design. I rarely, if ever, have trouble finding what I'm looking for. It doesn't slow me down when I'm trying to find something or figure out how to do something. I don't have to ask someone for help or Google the answer because it's easy to find what I'm looking for without outside help. The initial setup was also easy and simple for me.
