The courses that I have used have all been high quality, and very useful working towards industry certifications (CCNA, MS certifications). I am administrator of a team license on Pluralsight Skills, and the dashboards are invaluable for justifying ROI, and seeing utilization stats for team members. The interface is intuitive, and it's simple to find the right courses for what you are trying to learn.
