How to use InCopy with InDesign

- [Anne] Hello, it's Anne Marie from "InDesign Tips for Design Geeks". Today, I want to show you Adobe InCopy and how it will rock your world if you can get your editors to start using it in place of marking up PDFs or printouts. First, let me talk about why that's a good thing. You know that traditional workflow is that you output version one, to PDF or to print outs, and that weds its way among all the people who need to review the layout. People who gave you the copy in the first place, sometimes stories are long or short, they need to cut them or add more copy, maybe they forgot something, then all that markup goes back to you. You implement those changes, make a version two, people compare it against the version one requests, and then they make more changes that goes back to you again, version three, version four and so on till everybody signs off on it, and it gets sent to your printer.
