Transcribe an audio recording in OneNote
- [Instructor] Recording audio as we did in the previous movie is an excellent option when you're listening to someone speak. Could be in a meeting, a lecture, maybe a class for example. You'll always have access to that audio recording along with your notes, but sometimes you actually want it to appear as text. Text you can manipulate and work with, for example. In that case, you'll want a different feature available here in OneNote called Transcribe, and that's what we're going to explore right now with our Red30 Tech notebook. Leaving off here in our Monthly Manager Meeting section in the January page where we just recorded part of the meeting. Now, we're going to add something that's already been recorded and converted to text using Transcribe. There's an audio file that I've created for you that we're going to add right to the same page here, so you can click anywhere on the January page, and we'll go to Transcribe.
