Conversion with Formidable Forms
-
Hello all.
We have recently purchased one of your monthly plans.
We want to make use of Open Currency Converter in Formidable Forms but what we were trying to do caused an error.
We have Open Currency Converter working in Formidable Forms with a constant value...the following works for example:
[convert number=194 from="cad" to="mxn" template="%result% MXN"]
The above successfully converts the $194 CAD to $2700 MXN
But what we actually want to do is this:
[convert number="[194]" from="cad" to="mxn" template="%result% MXN"]
where [194] is a nested shortcode.
Formidable Forms support told us that the syntax is correct but:
"This is controlled by your currency converter plugin though. Their shortcode may not be able to accept dynamic inputs from a nested shortcode in this way - so if the syntax above does not work, I would recommend reaching out to their support team to ask about this."
Please advise. If we cannot get this to work can we have a refund of our purchase? The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
