What do you like best about Allego?

We’ve used Allego not just as a platform, but as a core partner in how we deliver enablement at scale. The platform itself is flexible and powerful. It’s become our central hub for learning, role-plays, and certifications. Allego’s AI capabilities, especially around automated grading and role-play simulations, have let us scale our readiness programs.

What stands out most, though, is the partnership with the Allego team. They don’t just hand you a product and walk away. They collaborate, brainstorm, and actively help us bring our ideas to life. Anytime I’ve needed to design something new (from pitch certifications to experiential learning workflows), they’ve been in the trenches with me figuring out how to make it work. That level of responsiveness and creativity makes a huge difference.

What do you like best about Allego?

The layout is extremely user friendly, to make sure that when you have a large set of tasks assigned to you, the features and layout make it easy to stay on target, especially when interacting for a long as needed to complete and fulfill all the necessary tasks. What do you dislike about Allego?

Not that is very distracting or takes away the positives, but the menu is very layered and dense. If you do not know where to go at the start, it is a little bit of a search. However, it was a minor search and just fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Allego?

Allego is a great all-in-one sales enablement platform that support content, learning & coaching, and digital selling. From a user perspective the platform is easy to navigate and quick to learn. From an administrator and sales enablement professional perspective the platform had a very wide range of functionality. What do you dislike about Allego?

With such a wide range of functionality Allego does most things pretty well but not everything great. There are some gaps with content management in terms of governance. Allego is open to listening and responding to feedback so working on some of the areas where it needs improvement. Like all platforms there are some workflow specific tasks that are frustrating or inconsistencies in reporting functionality. What do you like best about Allego?

What I like best about Allego is how easy it makes sharing knowledge. As an enablement team member, I can quickly record and distribute content so everyone has access to the information they need, right when they need it. The new AI lesson builder is also a fantastic addition, it helps us create lessons quickly and efficiently, saving time while still delivering quality. And of course, one of the most valuable aspects of the platform is the analytics and tracking. We can easily see who’s engaging with the platform, what content is being accessed, and identify where there may be skills gaps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Allego?

It can sometimes be a rabbit hole! We have so much content available on the platform, people tend to get overwhelmed, but the search tool does help to mitigate that issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Allego?

Allego helps me by providing different levels of product information. It includes marketing details for materials management and buyers, as well as clinical information tailored for key influencers and physicians. I like how each ENT category is organized with tiled images, making it easy to browse. Previews and downloads are straightforward. I also use Allego to share extra information in follow-up emails. I don't have any dislikes at the moment. However, as I make greater use of AI, I anticipate that there will eventually be a feature allowing AI to generate brief presentations for use during in-services, much like the materials the pharmaceutical industry offers to their field representatives. Their course creation tools make it easy to assign users tasks and track their progress. Allego has become our single source of truth for all approved customer materials and internal training needs. I have found Allego to be an extremely valuable training resource since I began using it in May. The platform was already set up, making it very easy to use, which eased my transition as a new employee. What I appreciate most about Allego is the wealth of training videos available, which I find more beneficial than dense reading material. These videos have been crucial in helping me quickly understand complex topics, allowing me to absorb information at my own pace and setting a foundation before diving deeper into the text materials. My company has uploaded hours of content on various topics, which are invaluable to my growth and something I frequently reference. Beyond the training videos, having access to a range of PowerPoint and PDF training modules further enhances the learning experience. The availability of diverse training materials gives me flexibility in how I learn best. I find the training videos so essential that I would personally maintain a subscription to ensure access, even if my employer stopped covering the cost. I find Allego extremely valuable for its seamless integration with our HubSpot CRM, making the initial setup process very easy and straightforward. This integration is vital as it facilitates the effective management of our sales calls by transferring them from Orum to Allego for storage and review. Allego has revolutionized our sales training process by allowing us to utilize pre-recorded trainings, which means we no longer need to manually train and review each sales call.
