Bitrix24 is offering free plan and that free plan itself is so helpful for small team as it offers useful functions like CRM basic, tasks and projects. Automating the repetitive tasks and recurring workflows is something which is already built in. This helps a lot in terms of reducing the manual intervention. Real-time chat, group messaging and even video conferencing helps to collaborate within a short notice. Additionally, this is scalable as it has variety of plans tailor made for variety of teams. Bitrix24 helps me have an Omni channel contact center that is easy to integrate to our website, social media channels. The best part is that Bitrix24 has a client app for windows, mac, ios and android which means that we don't have to open a web page to be online to receive customer messages.
