"Box’s AI Workflow Transformed Our Productivity"
What do you like best about Box?

Well, Box takes my management from 0 to 1 with it's AI Powered hassle-free workflow. The work used to take days now move in hours. The desktop sync and mobile apps makes files available where people actually work which has noticably reduced " Where is my latest file"? questions during busy projects.

Another thing is I can build a custom box agent and put it to work, which really helps me and my team to move faster than ever. +1 for this feature! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box?

Box is overall great and helping us in our day to day work. But one thing, I've noticed while onboarding an admin to workspace. An admin onboarding checklist or a simplified setup wizard would have shortened the rollout time. This has caused us multiple issues and wasted time going through it. "Effortless File Sharing and Collaboration for Remote Teams"
What do you like best about Box?

What I like best about Box is how easy it is to use and set up. The interface feels simple and clean, so getting started doesn’t take much effort — everything just works out of the box (pun intended). Implementation was smooth, and our team didn’t need any special training to get going. The customer support has also been responsive whenever we had questions, which really helps. I use Box almost every day to store and share files, and it’s packed with just the right set of features — not overloaded, but everything you need for collaboration. The integrations are also seamless, especially with tools like Microsoft Word and Slack, which makes daily work much more convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box?

What I dislike about Box is that syncing large files can sometimes take longer than expected. The desktop app also feels a bit heavy and can lag when starting up or refreshing folders. Occasionally, permission updates or shared links don’t reflect right away, which causes a little confusion among team members. It’s nothing major, but I wish the performance and responsiveness were a bit smoother, especially when working with bigger projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Box is our reliable home for secure file sharing and collaboration"
What do you like best about Box?

Box makes storing and sharing files super easy for our team. I really like how simple it is to set up folders, work with teammates, and manage who can see or edit each file. It keeps everything in sync across our devices, and it works well with tools like Microsoft 365 and Slack. We can all work on the same documents or projects without any hassle. Features like advanced permissions, version history, and strong security give me peace of mind that our files are safe but always available when we need them. Use it every day to stay organised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box?

Some of the more advanced tools take a bit of time to learn. File previews can be slow if you’re working with large media files. And if your team is really big, managing all the permissions can get a little tricky. But none of that has really gotten in the way of getting work done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box?

I think the main think I don't like about box is that they are completely shift their major part online only like their are only limited part that I can access through offline.

I need my good internet connection to access everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Reliable, and Great for Team Collaboration"
What do you like best about Box?

I love how easy it is to store and organize files, especially when working with a team. Sharing documents is super straightforward, and the version control has saved me more than once when someone overwrote a file. It’s reliable, secure, and keeps everything in one place so I’m not digging through random folders or emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box?

Sometimes the web interface feels a little slow and clunky compared to other cloud storage tools. Occasionally it doesn’t update as quickly as I’d like. It’s not a dealbreaker, but I wish the user experience was a little bit smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Box?

I greatly appreciate Box for its comprehensive approach to contact management. It excels by combining secure file storage with robust sharing options and strong collaboration features. This integration is further enhanced by its workflow automation abilities and deep integration with other business applications, which streamlines processes and improves team productivity. Box's ability to enhance security and maintain compliance gives me confidence, and its integration with tools like Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat extends its usability across various work demands. The transition from other platforms like SharePoint and Office Server to Box has significantly improved communication and efficiency in my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box?

I find that the customer support for Box could improve in terms of responsiveness. The Box Drive Sync app also has performance and reliability issues that need addressing. Additionally, specific functionalities, particularly file sorting, could be more reliable. The efficiency and organization provided by reliable file sorting are crucial for productivity, as they save time, reduce errors, and make it easier to find information.
