What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

At times, Microsoft 365 can feel heavy and overwhelming because of the number of tools and frequent updates. Some applications consume significant system resources, and occasional sync or login issues can interrupt work flow. Also advance features are not always intuitive which can create a learning curve for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Productivity and Effortless Collaboration with Microsoft 365"
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

What I like best about Microsoft 365 is how seamlessly everything works together to make daily tasks easier. Whether you're writing in Word, analyzing data in Excel, or collaborating in Teams, all the apps feel connected, and your files follow you wherever you go. The cloud syncing is smooth, the built-in AI features save a lot of time, and real-time collaboration makes group work feel effortless. Overall, it’s a clean, reliable, and productivity-focused ecosystem that helps you get things done without unnecessary friction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

What I dislike about Microsoft 365 is that it can sometimes feel heavier than it needs to be. The apps are powerful, but that also means they can be slow to load or overwhelming with features you might not use often. The subscription model can feel expensive over time, especially for people who only need the basics. And while cloud integration is great, it also means you’re relying a lot on stable internet and Microsoft’s ecosystem, which can feel restrictive. Overall, it’s incredibly capable—but not always the simplest or lightest experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Beyond Office: A Review of the Microsoft 365 Cloud Ecosystem"
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

The wide range of applications and services that can be integrated in the workflow, from the well-known Microsoft Office apps to the cloud services as OneDrive and Microsoft-Teams. Also it's portability liberates you from working from your PC and wherever you need one of your files, practically you have it at the tip of your fingers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

While Microsoft 365 offers a powerful and unified environment, adopting it comes with two primary challenges. First, there is a learning curve to fully utilize all the integrated services, especially when moving beyond the core Office apps into platforms like Teams and SharePoint; however, with regular use, mastery becomes significantly easier. Second, cost is a significant factor as it operates on a subscription model, which must be weighed against alternatives like the free, basic web versions of the Office apps or competing free productivity suites. "365 days of Office Management and Home Management Tool"
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

We recently transitioned from G Suite to the Microsoft 365 environment. As a key member of the process, I found that although the transition took some time due to the large amount of data involved, it ultimately went smoothly. Some of the benefits we've experienced include having greater control over documents, improved formatting options, enhanced functions, and a more user-friendly interface. We no longer need to open everything in a browser, which is convenient. Team collaboration and notifications have also improved thanks to MS Teams and Outlook. Additionally, OneDrive's cloud storage has been helpful for storing important files and backing up data to prevent loss from device failure. Integrating multiple users within our organization has also become much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

I appreciate most of the features, but I especially enjoy the mailing aspect of the Apple environment, which allows you to continue working on your documents across multiple devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Microsoft 365 is a fantastic product for several key reasons. Firstly, it has seamless integrations between other existing Microsoft apps that makes collaboration smooth. Secondly, it is cloud based so you can access your files from anywhere in the world as long as you have access to the internet. It also allows others to collaborate simultaneously in word, excel power point, etc.. Microsoft Teams is a great collaboration tool with chat integration, a platform to share and access files through a structure of channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

There are not many drawbacks to Microsoft 365 but one of the are add-on costs. You may need a higher tier plan which will cost more depending on the type of business you are running and operating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a highly useful tool. What I appreciate most is the ability to use Word, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel on any device, which makes it extremely convenient. It also enables seamless collaboration within teams, making it accessible for all types of communication. Another advantage is the integration of Microsoft Copilot, which helps me refine my emails or draft responses, saving me valuable time. "Streamlined Workflow with All-In-One Microsoft 365"
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

I really appreciate how everything I need is connected in Microsoft 365. It integrates Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word in one cohesive package, reducing the hassle of switching between different apps. Teams is especially useful for quick calls and chats with developers, facilitating seamless communication within the team. Excel excels in managing test data, which is crucial for my role as an automation tester. OneDrive is a game-changer for file storage, as it lets me access my files from anywhere, enhancing collaboration and efficiency. Overall, Microsoft 365 makes my work life easier to manage by keeping everything organized and smoothing out work processes. The initial setup was also a breeze, just signing in with my account made everything ready to use without any issues. Transitioning from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 improved the smoothness and connectivity of everyday tasks, and I am highly likely to recommend it with a perfect score of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

I find that sometimes Teams gets slow and Excel crashes when handling big data. This can be quite annoying as it interrupts my workflow. I believe if Teams were made lighter and faster, and if Excel could handle big data more effectively, it would improve the experience significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential app suites for business productivity"
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

Microsoft 365 has become part of our daily routine, giving us a full suite of tools that actually make work easier. Excel streamlines our day-to-day data tasks, and Power Query saves a ton of time when pulling data from different sources. The cloud versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook keep us connected as a team, and it’s great to open any file on any device and pick up right where we left off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

The Microsoft 365 cloud interface can feel a bit heavy at first, and it does rely on a stable internet connection. When the connection slows down, syncing slows down too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Unbeatable Ecosystem for Integrated Productivity"
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

The seamless integration across all applications is what truly sets it apart. The ability to work on a document in Word, reference data from an Excel spreadsheet embedded within it, and then share it via Teams for real-time collaboration without ever switching contexts is a massive productivity booster. The cloud-first approach with OneDrive ensures that all work is automatically saved and accessible from any device, which has been crucial for supporting hybrid work models. The value of having a fully-featured, always-updated office suite combined with robust communication tools and cloud storage in a single subscription is unparalleled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

The sheer number of features and applications can be overwhelming for new users, and discovering all the capabilities requires a proactive learning effort. While the core applications are deeply integrated, some of the more peripheral tools in the 365 suite can feel like they operate in silos, lacking the same fluid connectivity. The admin center, while powerful, has a steep learning curve for those without an IT background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
