i have not been happy with using the product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chargebee?

We are are tech startup that has been lied to since starting our account. After paying $400/month for over 2 years i finally found out about the started plan with no upfront cost and as a prerevenue company this would have been immensely better. after requesting to switch we were delayed and invoiced at the paid plan pricing and after objecting to the invoices our account was diabablized and we could not access the account. One of our ealy adopter clients messaged asking not to renew her annual plan after being diagnosed with cancer and i cannot access the account to cancel her subscription! This is terrible.
