One point to note — not a negative, but a consideration — is that our projects have long turnaround times. We don’t work with fast-moving, consumer-based products, so we don’t send review links as frequently. As a result, the platform can sometimes become costly relative to how often we need to use it. The dashboard is easy to use, which makes managing tasks straightforward. The service feels personable, and I appreciate how open they are to innovation and providing support. Life tends to get away with us so we don't find ourselves on the dashboard constantly however for the frequency of use which we do use it for, it does the job. THe implementation of it was straight forward and Ollie communicated well with our web dev team. Customer service is also great and responses are prompt. Feefo is a fantastic platform for showcasing our customers' experiences. Uploading 'Multiple Sales' usually takes at least a couple of attempts. When downloading the template and adding in my data, it won't upload the first time, but almost always takes further attempts, which is frustrating and time-wasting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's plenty to like about Feefo - verified customer reviews, service and product reviews in one email so you build up more product reviews (important for Google Shopping), easy to use interface, good choice of widgets. What sealed the deal for us was being able to add Treefo - it's great to know that we can contribute positively to the environment in this way. Still finding my way around the dashboard and reports. Our main challenge has been choosing the right widget - at the moment, the widget we're using is making each product page look like a Feefo page as we've inadvertently chosen a widget that displays every review.
