
I appreciate how Ironclad serves as a one-stop solution for initiating workflows for approvals and generating order forms. Its functionality in keeping track of any changes in contracts, particularly for legal reviews, is extremely valuable. I love having a central repository where all contract-related legal redlines are managed, making it easy to send out drafts to clients via email. I find the ability to manage contracts all in one place commendable, especially for tasks like raising order forms and triggering signatures. Outside of contracts, I enjoy how Ironclad facilitates amendments, third-party authorization, and the creation of specific documents seamlessly. The ease of use is another aspect I appreciate; Ironclad is straightforward, and the initial setup was pretty simple, getting started the moment it was enabled. The email management in Ironclad is combersome. Whenever I receive an email from a client with comments and address their points, a new email is sent out for each response. This results in multiple email threads instead of a single, continuous email trail.
