"Effortless Workflow and Time Savings with Microsoft Copilot"
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

What I appreciate most about Microsoft Copilot is how efficiently it helps me gain clarity on information. It condenses lengthy chats, emails, and documents into straightforward points, saving me considerable time. I also find it valuable for drafting responses, whether I'm preparing an email, composing meeting notes, or coming up with quick content ideas. Rather than having to switch between different tools, everything I need is integrated directly within the applications I already use, making my daily workflow much smoother and faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

One aspect where Copilot could be enhanced is its accuracy when handling specific or complex information. At times, the responses seem a bit generic, which means I often have to double-check the details myself. Additionally, the results can change depending on the context, so it sometimes takes several prompts to achieve the desired outcome. Improved personalization and a more thorough grasp of company-specific data would make the experience much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customizable and Lightning-Fast Analysis with Copilot"
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I like that I can create agents specifically for my needs, which allows me to tell it exactly what I need and how to tweak things when improvement is needed. This customization lets me use Microsoft Copilot in a versatile way. Additionally, it helps me analyze things pretty quickly, so I don't have to spend hours on tasks. I appreciate how it's extremely easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

I find it challenging to know exactly what to prompt Microsoft Copilot. Sometimes it's hard to get what I want out of it, and I often have to go back and give more detailed specifics after it starts giving me a product. I need to revise that product with different prompts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Perfect Tech Recruiter's Assistant"
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I love Microsoft Copilot because it is a comprehensive tool that supports my role as a Technical Recruiter in numerous ways. It effectively helps me in understanding complex technical job descriptions, crafting compelling selling summaries for candidates, and conducting thorough research on a multitude of technical skills. Its capability to generate concise Boolean search strings is a standout feature, significantly streamlining my workflow. Being free and providing accurate, factual responses according to my prompts adds immense value, allowing me to interact with it continuously throughout the day. The synchronization feature between my desktop and mobile devices ensures seamless access to my conversations and data across platforms, enabling versatility when I'm away from my keyboard. Additionally, I appreciate how easy it was to set up; simply downloading, installing, and creating an account allowed me to start leveraging its wide-ranging functionalities immediately. These features collectively elevate my efficiency and effectiveness, making Microsoft Copilot an indispensable companion in my professional toolkit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

I think Microsoft Copilot is already meeting my needs quite well, but if I were to consider any enhancement, it would be the addition of video processing capability. I understand that this might be a significant feature to request, but it could further enhance the functionality and usefulness of the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft Copilot adds real value to our community communications"
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

At Me And My Golf, I have used Microsoft Copilot alongside Perplexity, ChatGPT, Grok, and Gemini to manage community communications. What sets Copilot apart is its smooth integration with everyday tools, allowing me to create content directly within Outlook or Word, quickly summarize discussions, and draft messages efficiently. It assists me in organizing posts, responding to questions, and maintaining active conversations, all without the need to constantly switch between different platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

At times, I find that Copilot’s responses can be less adaptable or imaginative than those from Perplexity or ChatGPT, particularly when dealing with topics that require more nuance or context. Adjusting the tone or tailoring the output often requires a bit more work as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cost-Effective AI with User-Friendly Experience and Free GPT-5 Access"
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

Since I started to use AI, a problem has appeared in choosing a provider with a plan that saves cost. But it depends on whether I use a service every day to cover limits. If paying for the year, and limits are not out, the gap is visible. So, it was a reason not to continue a subscription to my last provider of GPT-4.

Now, when I use five AI chatbots, I find it good to save money by using economy plans. Microsoft Copilot gives it, providing access to GPT-5 for free—at least, I didn't pay for it. Whether I don't require extra limits, I can evaluate other sides like a user-friendly dialog. Even in a fast version, it gives responses humanely. Of course, what to pay attention to is its propositions for continuation, if the result is to be completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Meanwhile, I find no moments to claim because I use a free version. There are no mentions of what limits a free version has, so it would be better to have a spare chatbot in case the conversation time expires abruptly.

Occasionally, the chatbot responds with stubbornness, e.g., you can't change any personal data during the conversation, even if it doesn't seem correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft Copilot- My personal assistant at work."
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

The thing which I like the most is that Copilot gives to the point answers to the questions I ask. I use it on a daily basis to ease out my tasks. I improve my mailing language using it to make them look much more formal and appealing to the clients. Other than that, if I get struck somewhere in my work, I get quick solutions by asking it to copilot. Other than that, it's integration with Microsoft office makes my work easier when dealing with excel or PowerPoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

The main thing which I dislike is that, sometimes the responses are out of context, and I need to give a detailed prompt. The integrations can also be improved as it takes 2-3 trials to get the accurate response. It also struggles when I provide a large dataset to analyse and ask questions. In such cases, the responses come out to be inaccurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft Copilot Explained: Strengths, Limitations, and Real Use Cases"
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

1) Productivity boost: Helps speed up repetitive tasks (drafting emails, generating code snippets, summarizing documents, etc.).

2) Seamless integration: Works inside Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and developer tools (VS Code, GitHub).

3) Natural language interface: You can use plain English queries instead of learning specific commands.

4) Idea generation: Useful for brainstorming, drafting first versions of documents, and exploring code approaches.

5) Context awareness: Can pull context from documents, chats, or code to provide relevant suggestions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

1) Performance issues: Sometimes feels slow to respond, especially with large files or long prompts.

2) Struggles with scale: Can misbehave or give errors on large documents/codebases.

3) Inaccuracy with technical queries: When I updating Kubernetes JS client 1.3.0, it can provide outdated or incorrect guidance — AI tends to “hallucinate” when handling niche, fast-changing libraries.

4) Limited control: Suggestions may not always be precise or customizable enough for complex workflows.

5) Over-reliance risk: Users may depend on it without double-checking, which is risky in technical or business-critical scenarios.

6) Licensing cost: Requires an additional license, which may not feel justified if usage is light or inconsistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Knowledge Access with Minor Hiccups"
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I love how Microsoft Copilot saves me a lot of time by providing quick answers to my queries, using both internal and external sources. It helps in collecting meeting summaries and understanding product features from various documents like PPTs, demos, and use cases. I appreciate that it has access to all platforms within our company, which allows it to provide detailed answers from different sources, including emails and meetings. It can even create a live meeting summary if I miss something. We started using it for the first time and loved it. The initial setup was easy, handled by our internal IT team, and I use it with Microsoft Teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Sometimes it won't understand the converted PPT files or the lengthy documents. After some of the discussion, it asks to start a new chat and won't allow to continue the history in the new chat. It's understanding the content through the PPT files, but sometimes we might have the PPT files converted into PDF; in that case, it won't fetch the accurate information. Also, it would be good if it supports lengthy documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid Organizer with Room for Growth"
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I like that Microsoft Copilot is pretty quick to learn and adapts to my personality. It's great with adjusting to the level I'm trying to use it for, providing detailed and professional responses when needed or casual ones for off-the-cuff questions. It's easy to use and feels more personal since it matches the tone I typically ask in. Even though I'm talking to a robot, it doesn't feel like it. This makes me want to use it more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

It's not as thorough as some of the others. I've used ChatGPT and Perplexity, which give a more in-depth search. Especially Perplexity, being able to link all the sources it's referencing. I feel like ChatGPT is able to pull deeper. Microsoft Copilot is kind of surface level, and a lot of times, it'll be misconstrued. I have to fact-check Microsoft Copilot with other AIs because it often contradicts itself without realizing it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
