I dislike that Naukri.com limits job applications to only 25 per day, which feels quite restrictive. It significantly hampers the potential to apply for more opportunities that could be a fit. Furthermore, the AI features seem underdeveloped; it's not making job applications autonomously as one would expect. I constantly need to guide the AI, suggesting it's not fully optimized to understand and react on its own, which defeats the purpose of leveraging AI to enhance user experience and decision-making. I like about naukri.com it is helping as a recruiter to find best suitable candidate within the pool of resumes uploaded on naukri portal, there are various filters wchic are helping me to connect with best suitable profile, it is helping me to find local candidate with all the skills required for the job as requested from client, it also has various features such as keyword search and boolean search, education filter, availability filter, location filter, star filter fir mandatory skills and many more features. Naukri is the biggest Job search database in India, almost every industry jobs are posted on this site IT, NON IT and types of contract , fulltime opportunities, recruiters can check the active naukri users with this we can easily filter and hire candidates which is time saving, naukri has the filter option for role, salary, location, CTC, WFH options, we can search candidates based on their industry. everytime when a recruiter views a resume is notified to the concerned candidate, the recruiters can mark if they are shortlisted and it notifies the candidate for interview or walkin, has a bulk email features with its boolean search it can notify the candidate through email for a walkin or interview process and so on. There are so many outdated profiles in the naukri also there is mulitiple duplicate profiles, we get irrelavant profiles even if the boolean is strong, some active candidates in the job portal are not interested to switch, candidate mentions 15 days notice period but actually they will be in 90 days notice period and the subscription cost is expensive for naukri.
