Make sure you accurately calculate length of subscriptions and renewal dates. This is no fault of the plugin, but it's easy to have this set incorrectly, resulting in missed payments. End dates must take place a margin after the last payment would take place, I have not had positive results with this falling on the same day, as you can not control what charge is completed first.
