I like Younium because it is well-suited to our infrastructure and offers a combination of simplicity and power, making it ideal for our needs. Its simplicity ensures ease of use, while its robust capabilities provide the necessary insights for effective decision-making. I appreciate how Younium serves as a central hub, seamlessly connecting our CRM with our ERP, preventing any oversights in subscription invoicing, which is critical for our business operations. Additionally, the implementation process was straightforward, and the system's flexibility allowed it to adapt to our way of working - while receiving recommendations from a very competent implementatino manager along the way. Younium offers numerous features, settings, and customization options that are essential for our specific requirements, balancing flexibility with the necessary complexity needed for our company's processes. I find the flexibility in setting up dashboards with Younium to be a bit limited. The current structure isn't fixed, allowing for searches and various actions, but I would like to have the ability to save settings and create my own dashboards, which would be a fantastic addition. It feels a bit overworked and not as intuitive as it could be. The insight module has never really worked with accurate data and the reports could be easier to build (again there are so many options that you loose yourself in them).
