- If there are clear problems identified during a debrief, you can use some of the session to brainstorm solutions that address experience and design but also take into account technical feasibility and business considerations. Then you won't have to worry about convincing people to buy into your recommendations or tell you that a suggestion can't be built, because the whole team will be there to come up with the next steps. Rather than ending the research sessions with a report, you can end with the team having a shared understanding of findings and the beginnings of a plan for next steps. Everyone learning together means there can be less opinion-based debate and more database decisions, which lets you all move faster. You might want to incorporate the research debrief as part of the planning session for the next iteration of work.
