POV: You’re reviewing LinkedIn profiles alongside a stack of résumés and notice how different they feel. Because résumé optimization tools can help candidates polish applications, many can start to sound the same. But LinkedIn profiles often reveal what résumés can’t. Real perspectives, interests, and personality. What part of a LinkedIn profile gives you the clearest sense of the person behind it?

"I am Miss Nargis Noor founder of unique concept. This POV is exactly why standing out isn't an option—it’s a necessity. While most are just 'profiles' in a stack, I focus on being a 'Vision' that interrupts the scroll. My work on Unique Concepts is designed to prove that when a recruiter or a legend like Hisham Sarwar looks at a profile, they shouldn't just see skills; they should see a solution that can redefine their industry. Don't just be a candidate, be the 'Spark' they didn't know they were looking for!
For me, it’s the “About” section and recent activity, how someone tells their story and engages with others reveals far more than any polished résumé ever could.
LinkedIn Talent Solutions we are facing immerse difficulty in posting free job , its always asking to promote it . kindly get connected and provide us with remedy .
Great point! The “About” section and activity feed usually give the clearest picture. They show how a person thinks, communicates, and engages beyond a polished résumé.
Serdecznie pozdrawiam.
Thanks for sharing 👍

Reviewing résumés and LinkedIn profiles side‑by‑side reveals something fascinating: résumés show what a candidate has done, but LinkedIn often shows how they think. When I’m evaluating early‑career talent, the most telling signal is the way someone articulates their experiences — not the experience itself. A well‑written ‘About’ section or a concise accomplishment story gives you a window into their judgment, self‑awareness, and ability to translate experience into business value. That translation skill is what separates candidates who simply list tasks from those who demonstrate impact. And in interviews, that difference is often the deciding factor
