Jotform can be easy to navigate within the portal and searching for elements or widgets. The guidance while going through an element is self explanitary. I was able to build an app with all my forms and implement this to my staff very easily. I love the freedom to make something to your own design than be conformed to strict settings. Our forms are being used frequently on a daily basis with very little issues. My team and i was drowning in email attachments and half filled word docs from clients. We switched to JotForm 7 months ago after a colleague swore by it, And since then we have been able to easily build Client NDA + Scope Form in 20 minutes using their template. Added conditional logic so if they select ongoing retainer it auto shows payment terms.

Perhaps the export of data could be improved by allowing Jotform to fill in a pre-prepared spreadsheet template instead of manually transposing the data each time into this template that I use every year. I find Jotform Sign really easy to use; anyone can figure it out. I love that I can send an application to someone through a simple link that they click on to get to the form. The automatic reminders and expiration dates are fantastic because they keep others on task. Plus, I love that I can do it all on my phone without needing to use my laptop. Sometimes their customer support is not that supportive. They asked me to prove my position in our small business, which is run by my husband and myself.
