Hello everyone, in this session we will guide you step by step through creating and structuring OUs or Organizational Units in Google Workspace. OUs are the backbone of smart user management. By grouping users logically, you can apply settings, enforce policies, and manage access at scale without doing everything manually. Let's get started. Now, we have already discussed that an organizational unit is a container for users with similar responsibilities, roles, or permissions. For example, you might create an OU for your sales team, another for IT, and one for HR. This lets you customize access to Google services, like enabling BGmail for everyone, but restricting YouTube or external drive sharing settings for specific teams.
