As we spoke earlier, pooled storage is a very important factor in the domain and organizations need to utilize it to have the most benefit taken out of it for users to utilize the storage effectively, also in shared regs. Now as administrators, utilizing the pooled storage and monitoring the storage in the domain is a critical task. Users might reach out for any storage related issues that they face in the domain. The storage we are talking about here is not only specific to Google Drive, it is the entire workspace domain storage that the users have been allocated as per the subscriptions. We already spoke about the subscription level storage limits. For G Suite Basic, there is a storage limit of 30 GB per user. Business provides 1 TB per archived user and G Suite Business provides unlimited storage.
