Moving on to the next section, which is a very interesting one, Generative AI. As Google integrates AI capabilities into Workspace tools like Gmail, Docs, and Sheets, this section will allow you to manage those features. You can enable or restrict access to Gemini, manage data privacy settings, and view usage reports for AI-powered features across your environment. You need to be aware that this is still evolving rapidly, so it's a good area to watch as new capabilities roll out. When we click on Gemini app option as I did clicked earlier, we can see that we have an option to turn on and off the service. This is the service status option and we can turn it on and off as we can do for the other services as well. With the help of user access setting, you can allow all users to access the Gemini app regardless of the license.
