We're now in the fifth V, vision. Vision is about honoring your achievements, but also taking the time to be present. In this module, I'm going to teach you how to set up your physical workplace to plan joy and to celebrate your wins. The first tool is the 5-4-3-2-1 method. The 5-4-3-2-1 method is a tool that I help people to use when they have a hard time slowing down. Using this five-minute exercise just once daily allows you to see that no matter what's happening in your life, you can be present, and you can savor those joyful moments. Now, I'm going to use a cup of tea to demonstrate the 5-4-3-2-1 method. So with my clients when they're in my office, I ask them to hold the tea and to list five things that you can see. I see the color of the tea. I see the light flickering off of the water. I see the teabag with all the herbs. I see the shiny porcelain glass. And I see the movement of the teabag in the water.
