In the first domain, Cloud Computing Concepts and Architectures, you are going to be on the hook to answer five exam questions correctly. We're going to begin with the definition of cloud computing. Cloud computing has sometimes been described as simply someone else's computer. However, upon examining the core definition and concepts of cloud computing, it becomes evident that the claim that the cloud is just someone else's computer is overly simplistic. The cloud represents a significant shift from traditional computing. Primarily, pre-cloud computing was not clearly defined or categorized by the National Institute for Standards and Technology into service or deployment models, nor by ISO, the International Organization for Standardizations, regarding capabilities and categories.
