- [Instructor] Welcome everyone. Let's talk about implementing change management. In this lesson, we will talk about change management concept and process. We will also talk about different types of change management, including configuration management. So let's first talk about what is change management. Change management means a process that you have in your organization when you are making changes to any system in your IT. And this change can be configuration management, meaning that you are making changes to the configuration of a IT product that you are using. So basically it can be, let's just say there is a new feature available for your email product and this feature has to be enabled at the backend by the system administrator. And this change will be implemented using a process so that you can monitor the change and also validate the change.
