- [Instructor] Hi, everyone. Welcome. We are starting our new module with incident response and recovery. In our first lesson, we are going to talk about incident handling. So our learning goal for this lesson will be to define what incident management is. We will talk about incident management lifecycle. And finally we'll also talk about some processes that are related to incident handling. So before we dive in, let's talk about SSCP exam and the incident response module. So 9% of all questions in SSCP exam will be related to incident response and recovery. This will include the incident response and lifecycle and the standards set by NIST and ISO. It'll also include the understanding of forensic investigation. We'll talk about business continuity plan that includes disaster recovery plan.
